Plain-English terms for this sequential advertising experiment. Effective 21 August 2026.
Who this is for
Steal This Page is offered exclusively to businesses, founders, makers and other professionals purchasing a commercial advertising placement. By purchasing, you confirm that you are acting for purposes related to your trade, business or profession—not as a consumer.
What you are buying
You buy immediate homepage advertising placement. The displayed takeover price is the minimum: you may voluntarily choose any supported whole-dollar amount above it. If your payment wins, your chosen amount is public and the next minimum takeover price becomes exactly $1 more than the amount you paid. Paying more may make replacement more expensive, but there is still no guaranteed minimum duration. References to permanent history mean that qualifying previous placements remain visible for as long as Steal This Page continues to operate; they are not a promise of perpetual or lifetime hosting.
No performance promise
Traffic, views, clicks, conversions, sales and return on investment are not guaranteed. Public counters are best-effort measurements and may filter repeat visits and bots.
Concurrent checkouts
The first completed payment whose chosen amount meets or exceeds the minimum takeover price in force at completion wins. Starting Checkout does not reserve the page or its price. If another buyer wins first and raises the minimum above your chosen amount, your successful payment will be refunded automatically. A higher unfinished or later payment does not displace an earlier qualifying completed payment. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to display a completed refund. Payment and technical failures are handled on a best-effort basis.
Content rules
No phishing, malware, illegal content, explicit sexual content, gambling, deceptive impersonation, intellectual-property abuse, or content likely to create payment or platform abuse. Submitted text is displayed as plain text. We may reject or remove policy-violating placements.
Your responsibility
You confirm you are authorized to promote the submitted brand and destination. Destination URLs must remain public HTTPS pages and may not resolve to private or local networks.
Service availability and closure
The operator may suspend, modify or permanently discontinue Steal This Page for commercial, technical, legal, security or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, advance notice will be published on the website. No purchase requires the operator to renew a domain, hosting plan or other infrastructure indefinitely.
Closure refund
If the operator voluntarily closes the service permanently, the advertiser holding the active placement at that time will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that placement. Previous owners who were already replaced are not entitled to a closure refund because their homepage placement was delivered. Temporary maintenance, security suspension, events outside the operator's reasonable control and a policy-based removal are not permanent voluntary closure.
Refunds and support
A placement that was validly granted is otherwise normally non-refundable because delivery begins immediately at your request. Duplicate or losing concurrent payments are refunded automatically. For payment failures, suspected fraud, removals or technical errors, contact support@stealthispage.lol.
Data and measurement
Your receipt email is sent to Stripe to process the checkout and is not displayed publicly. We use a first-party session cookie and a salted, non-reversible identifier to reduce duplicate view and click counts. We do not intentionally store raw IP addresses for these counters. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunities or advertiser destination failures. Aggregate liability arising from a placement will not exceed the amount paid for that placement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Changes and severability
Material changes apply to purchases made after the revised terms are published. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Steal This Page is operated by Sergi Muñoz Julian, an individual established in Spain. Full contact information is available in the legal notice. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without overriding any mandatory rules that apply.
