We collect only what is needed to sell, display and measure an advertising placement.

Who controls the data

The data controller is Sergi Muñoz Julian, established at Pintor Borrassa 105, Terrassa, Barcelona, Spain. Privacy questions can be sent to support@stealthispage.lol.

What we process

We process the brand name, destination URL, tagline and optional logo submitted for a placement; the receipt email and payment references needed to process the order; and limited first-party measurement data for views, outbound clicks, fraud prevention and service security.

Why we process it

Buyer and payment data is processed to perform the advertising contract and meet legal obligations. Essential security and duplicate-counting data is processed for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated behavioural advertising.

Providers and international transfers

Stripe processes checkout and payment data, Supabase hosts application data, and Railway hosts the application. These providers may process data outside Spain under their applicable safeguards and contractual terms.

Retention

Public placement content and history are retained for the life of the public history unless removal is legally required. Payment and accounting records are retained for the periods required by law. Security and measurement identifiers are retained only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable by emailing support. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies

We use only a first-party session cookie needed to reduce duplicate view and click counts. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
